Sourcing

The main thrust in SAP in ASIA is to find the right factory for your products and services. This includes not only physical products but soft products as well. With costs of manufacturing in Asia at a faction of what it will cost in US or Europe, it is understandable that we see the growth in countries like Vietnam and China becoming the manufacturing arms for the Western world, from cooking pots to computer chips. All the cost savings is well documented, but what we at SAP offers is not only finding the right factory to get the job done successfully, but we also offer the soft aspect that a lot of company takes for granted, QC and Logistic. Our Services includes offering you a team of Quality Control personnel, to finding technical competent designers for your artwork, from digitizing your artwork to embroidery artwork, from finding web designer to a team to deploy your online services, from getting a 2D drawing to rendering it to a 3D layout.

Research & Development

We are always trying to get to the cutting edge. Trying to find ways to cut production cost, while improving the delivery time and improving the production cycle.  We are always experiencing new ways to manufacturer an item, trying new material, or combining different materials to come up with a new look. We deploy 3D visualization in our entire project (as much as we can) to reduce time and more importantly reduce errors. We hope to have a 3D printer installed at our facilities, this will really mean the end of the clay mold - as all 3D items will be able to be printed - or generated into an actual model that you can touch and feel even before a mold is started.

We do not compete in prices, though at most time you will find our prices extremely competitive. What we bring to you is what we call  'Best Value" - this means from cost of the manufacturing the products, to packaging, warehousing, logistic to support.

We really enjoyed working with our customers as well as, with our suppliers. This is truly fundamental in the thinking of the people in SAP. To be able to enjoy what you do - and to enjoy it is to manage each and every project well.  Once this is achieved, we at SAP believe that everything else comes in naturally. But being realistic, the challenges in Asia especially in China is daunting and sometimes outright unbelievable, but what gets us going is the enjoyment of the work we do especially when we are able to exceed both the customer's and factory owner's expectations.

D2D - Door to door services

Some products are straight forward, but that does not mean that it is simple. Each project that we at SAP embarks on requires that at least a pair of eyes is on it from the start until the end, and that does not mean when the goods is out of the factory, but when the goods arrived in good order at the customer's desk. Each person in the organization is responsible for each of the productions steps - from the start of the deployment to the delivery to you or your client door. D2D (Door to Door) services are something that we take pride in.

We have an expert in embroidery, a plating expert, a 3D designer, a mold expert to name a few, but each one of them has years of experience in their own field that will be able to give you that quality that you rightly expect.
